Copy Cats.
Its been a while that I posted about things different from my personal life :D Sorry for all those souls who might have come here looking for something different. After some stats research I found mostly people who come to my blog are interested in Chiranjeevi, Paritala Ravi and caste stuff. These days I have been too much into personal thoughts, just enjoying every moment even though it is not really the way I want it to be.
From my very little understanding about Indian Education Culture, it has always been that knowledge or art was meant to be shared and was for the masses to be entertained and revered. There was no sense of copyright as such. Artists would want others to sing to their tunes may be adapt, of course as and when people did that they did use to give credit I believe. We dont know when it changed but in modern times no one seems to do this any more. People just copy and donot bother to give credit. This is definitely copy and not inspired ! Here is one site to list the songs copied into indian cinema from other places. It is very disappointing to find a LOT of our music directors to be on that list.
Here is one hilarious copy of Michael Jacksons Thriller. Even more funny subtitles by some user on You tube.
For those who are not aware, the Original by Michael Jackson is here :
