Whatz so holy about 130 !

Notice at the Talin Checkout Station

I went to Talin Super Market here in Albuquerque and I found this sign at the checkout station. We ID every one under 130 !! What is soo holy about 130. It was kind of very funny. I do understand what the need would be for under 18 identification, but 130 ... is definitely a bouncer on my head. I will ask them someday as to why they have that number 130 up there.
