Corruption at the worst phase.

It really took me by total shock, when I read the news that a government employee asked Sex as a favour for doing his job of issuing a ration card which entitles people for subsidized rice. Its nice to see that the tv channel ETV decided to tape all his demands and put them both on television and news paper. That would be one hell of a warning to all others who want to do that. What makes me more shocked is his reply to the question "Would money work ?". He says, "I made enough money already. I dont want money !"
