Scholarships for Blind

I found this notice at the Accesibility Services building back here at UNM. How are the blind students supposed to read this ? They should have had a brail notice next to it. They have their own problems of staff etc. There is soo much of shuffling of staff they might have missed it. I hope they rectify it.
